Southwest Food Truck started with a simple idea: bring the bold, unapologetic flavors of Mexican street food to Dixon and the surrounding communities. Every tortilla is hand-pressed. Every marinade is made from scratch. Every taco is built the way it should be — fresh, fast, and loaded with flavor.
We source locally whenever we can, and we never cut corners on quality. That's not a marketing line — that's just how we were taught to cook.
